Inspired by a desire to produce the smoothest and sweetest Irish Whiskey. Distilled from corn rather than malted barley to produce it's distinctive sweetness. Made in column stills for a much purer spirit. Aged exclusively in first fill bourbon barrels that impart a beautiful vanilla taste profile.

Aroma: Soft, sweet corn with delicious hints of bourbon

Taste: Rich, soft oils, melt in the mouth grain and just a hint of barley for good measure

Finish: Crisps us as the oak returns
