Production Process
- Agave Source: A blend of wild and semi-cultivated agaves, harvested at full maturity under the moon.
- Roasting: Fire-roasted for 90 hours in a stone-lined earth pit using estate-sourced white oak.

- Maceration: Immediately following roasting.
- Fermentation: Conducted in open-air wooden vats for 120 hours.
- Distillation: Double distilled using either a copper cazo and pinewood still or ancestrally in a clay pot still.

- Flavor: Features bright citrus notes, smooth textures, and a subtle touch of wood smoke that lingers through the long aftertaste.
