Do you restock sold-out items?
Some products are restocked, while limited or allocated releases may not return. We recommend joining our email list or Bottle Club for early access to new arrivals.
Can I reserve a bottle?
At this time, we do not offer bottle reservations. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to United State. Due to alcohol shipping laws, certain locations may be restricted.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If no eligible adult is available at delivery, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a nearby facility. Additional fees may apply.

When will my Bottle Club order ship?
Bottle Club shipments are processed according to your subscription billing cycle. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Bottle Club plan at any time before your next billing date.
