This rum is aged using the hearth system, which helps the evaporation of the distillate and maturity of each barrel. The barrels used are American oak ex-Bourbon, which ensure a perfect balance between the delicate wood notes and sweetness of rum, which caracteiza and it becomes so popular.

Cihuatán 12 Years is proudly handcrafted in the Cihuatán Valley, from the seed of the sugarcane to the bottle.
